‘Doortje IJpelaar Shop’ insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Orders delivered in Europe and UK by PostNL (the premier provider of postal and parcel services in the Netherlands). Orders delivered outside Europe are delivered by UPS.
Delivery time in The Netherlands is “witin 5 working days “. It is also possible to collect the product at the Shop.
Always make an appointment (use our contact form). Deliveries outside The Netherlands takes longer of course.
The delivery time depends on the country of delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to PO boxes.
Once your order has left our Shop, you will be sent an e-mail providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). You will be then able to track your order.
All items delivered by ‘Doortje IJpelaar Shop’ remain our property until ‘Doortje IJpelaar Shop’ has received your payment.
